Aggie Student Organization Scholarships


Each year the Denton County Texas A&M University Mothers’ Club supports the students of Denton County by awarding scholarships to various campus organizations from monies raised through our various fundraising activities.

TAMU Department of Student Activities oversees the recognition of over 800 campus organizations.  The Federation of Texas A&M University Mothers’ Clubs has compiled a list of recognized on-campus and off-campus organizations.  (List can be found at then select “View Student Organization Account Number List”.)

Students who are members of these Texas A&M University recognized organizations are invited to submit a Scholarship Application on behalf of their organization.

Applications Open February 1 and are due by April 15 at Midnight.

Individual Student Scholarships

Individual Student Scholarships are awarded by The Association of Former Students. Each year the Denton County Aggie Moms Club designates set amounts from our fundraising endeavors in three categories; Need-Based, Merit Based and All Around. The Association awards the funds (picks the winners) based on applications completed during the “returning student” period through their Howdy Portal. The application period starts late Fall. Remind your Aggie to watch for the Email.
